		<description>Um... Lol?  If you are trying to be a zany as you can with spatial planning, you mastered it; a rambling diatribe, complete with conspiracy theories and Hitler reference.  Not saying your wrong though; I just had a hard time following.  

One disagreement with your analysis: Central Place Theory does not suggest a hierarchy of cities, but a holarchy.  Hierarchy is top-down, holarchy is bottom-up.  (Atlanta does not cause Winder, GA - it&#039;s vice-versa.)
