Geographical data has suddenly become all imoprtant whether it be a zipcode or GPS co-ordinates.

For mobile phone users - where you are will determine what Ads and Search results you see!

Suddenly the sleeping giant Google has shown its true colours as the world's largest Geographical Information System (GIS); and mobile web and realtime communications have made it four dimensional!

However the new google phone and accompanying software has gone one step beyond..........

Google has added tracking software to its Google Maps service, allowing mobile phone users to share their location with friends and family, and find other contacts who might be nearby.

The new feature, dubbed Latitude, is part of the Google Maps 3.0 software update, and will initially only be available on BlackBerry mobile phones and those devices running the Windows Mobile and Symbian S60 operating systems. It will be rolled out to iPhone and Google Android users in the coming weeks.

Google said that the Latitude service was designed to answer the question most asked by mobile phone users – namely, “Where are you?”. It uses a combination of local phone masts and Wi-Fi internet hotspots to triangulate a users’ approximate position.

Hugo Barra, group product manager for Google Mobile, said that the service would be particularly useful for groups of friends meeting at a party, rock concert, or outdoor event, or even to see how far from home a spouse is so you know when to start cooking dinner.

“We believe this is the kind of technology that will allow people to meet up more spontaneously with people they happen to be around,” said Barra. “It’s a very intuitive service.”

Once users sign up to Latitude, an icon representing their position, and the position of friends and contacts, will appear on the Google Maps software on their mobile phone. It can even provide directions to help users navigate their way to their friend’s location, and users can click on a friend’s icon to call, text, and email them, or send an instant message. There is also the option to add a “status update”, so that users can see what their friends are doing.

Google Latitude is an opt-in service, which means that mobile phone users will have to give their explicit permission as to whether they want to share their location with friends and contacts. Users will be able to go “off grid” whenever they choose, and can either share specific details about their location, or just the name of the city they are in.

“We thought long and hard about making sure users have complete control over how and when they want to be found,” said Barra. “You have the option of hiding completely from all your friends, or setting your location manually.”

Users who sign up to Google Latitude using their Google login will be presented with a screen explaining the service, and will then be able to invite friends to share their location in return.

Once a Google Maps user receives a Latitude invitation, they can decide whether to accept the invitation and share their location in return, accept the invitation so they can see where their friend is but not share their own location, or reject the invitation completely.

And even once a user accepts a Latitude invitation and agrees to share their location, they are able to adjust how much information about their location they divulge on a contact-by-contact basis.

“This asymmetrical sharing model is very important,” said Barra. “Having individual level controls is also very helpful and allows users to very specifically control the application the way they want.

“Privacy is one of the areas we spent the most time perfecting. The privacy settings are very intuitive, and the controls can be found all over the service.”

The Latitude service will eventually be available on other Google services, such as its iGoogle personalised homepage tool and Google Gears offline synchronisation service.

Hugo Barra said Latitude hade undergone one of the most extensive field tests of any product in Google history. “This product has been in development for a very long time,” he said.

He added that Google currently has no plans to make its latitude service work with third-party websites, such as Facebook and Twitter, because of the need to stringently manage the privacy needs of users.

Oh yeah , don't you mean protect the data for yourselves google so that you can deliver even more targetted adverts to the phone users!

Anyway what does all this mean to SEO and Internet Marketing?

Well the answer is Massive!

Local Search becomes the winner and your previous searching history will determine the personalised search results.

How can marketers fight back?

Well for one thing try to Geo-code as much of the website copy as possible to ensure you appear for all results within ALL your local postcosde / zipcode catchment area.

Do you have a mobile phone friendly version of your website on a .mobi extension?

No me neither!!

How do you optimise for the mobile Internet?

Are Facebook or Adsense ppc campaigns Mobile Friendly?

Well Howie Schwartz is telling all and more about Mobile Marketing Leadership In other words it is the same as our existing models for mapping real world connectivity.

Read Basic Elements of Transport Networks

You can see from the map above that all the principles for analysing transportation networks apply exactly to the Internet.

Bingo!

From the map you can immediately deduce the dendronitic or tree like 'hierarchical' star clusters located around very high traffic nodes that define the central core!

By definition as this is a traffic view of the Internet the large star clusters defining the centre of the Internet are equivalent to the Alexa traffic rankings in star size or nodal magnitude.

These websites are nearly all Web 2.0 properties where you can place your content with embedded links, thus creating a network structure that is sapping the juice from the Web 2.0 properties.

If your placed content is good then it will attract more traffic and 'juice up' your network of links, which shoud be aimed at your 'moneysite'.

You can further enhance your web 2.0 network by 'flowing ' RSS feed along it at regular intervals. RSS Link/Flow connections will occur naturally as other websites publish your 'quality' content!

Thus to be successful at Social media marketing you need to position your website at the centre of the Internet.
By connecting to and having a keyword rich relevant profile on all of the top Social Media and Social Networking websites - you are doing just that!

Losers - Notice also how the losers are defined in cybersapce traffic as being peripheral, stuck up some blind amazonian tributary, life on the edge.

Get Connected!

Beat The System

Collective Collaboration - A Cyber Crime?

The Third Commandment from Google written in stone on the tablet of Quality Guidelines is:

Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links.

In plain english this literally means if you link or receive links from another website with the intent to increase your nodal magnitude what Google calls Pagerank - then you will be penalised !

Which is absolutely ludicrous because every webpage and website in the world engages in this act of defiance simply by linking.
Therefore all links break this rule by definition. Of course some break it more than others!
The rule itself is against the natural order of the Internet and Google realised this a long time ago (In 2004 to be precise!) which is why it introduced other <a href="http://www.the-system.org/labels/wisdom%20of%20crowds.html"target="blank">'Wisdom of the Crowd' filters into the mechanism which produces what you call SERPS

A brief history of Search Engine Ranking

Prior to Web 2.0 ALL links were either created, submitted, traded or bought!
Now they are either given or placed in content!

All mature marketers were breaking this rule before Google even existed or insisted upon the illogical rule as a measure of quality.

Directory submissions were the first thing that breaks the Google rule that most marketers did back in the early noughties before Google was born.
Directory submissions were the sure fired way to get some 'authority' quickly and they were the only way to get good listings in search engines.
Search Engines in those days were effectively directories themselves before they either moved on to becoming portals or their client base got swallowed up into a larger engine!
Big names of the day included: Compuserve, AOL, Yahoo.com, Lycos, Alta Vista, Excite (The Overture Group), Ask etc etc.......

No Google! No Twitter! etc etc.....

The eternal problem Google has is that it employs 'wisdom of the crowd' mechanisms and a measure of quality and truth.
Sure the <a href="http://www.the-system.org/labels/wisdom%20of%20crowds.html"target="blank">wisdom of the crowd mechanisms will expose the most obvious devious linking, but the problem remains the same and in fact has been exacerbated in the last couple of years with the development of many offshoot specialist services designed specifically to outfox the search engine filters and crowd wisdom.

Google does not have a chance in the face of collective collaboration which can set the truths and the rankings for itself.

Collective collaboration has espoused a whole new set of fixers! in the form of outsourced link building or forum posting or directory submissions and the much more worringly organised phenomena known as 'Crowdsourcing'.

You can beat all the Google Wisdom of The Crowd Filters if you employ enough resources to spread the message and content (read links) as far around the Internet as possible - After all the crowd cannot be wrong can it!

So we've got crowds of people flinging sh*t around the Internet and he who fling the most wins! - After all the crowd cannot be wrong can it!

Organised Crime?

I got approached today to join a crowd of the 'so called' very best at what I do, a super elite, who are going to collaborate to dominate Google for the keyword News. The client is a very famous global multi-national TV station.

I said I was too busy. Not that I am competing for their keywords!

I am busy , but Hey! Keep out of my areas, cos at the end of the day - 100 of you versus me - bring it on!

Where did the crowds get their wisdom from in the first place? An Individual!
Collective Individuality is only as good as its components!

Besides it's so easy to create a crowd of experts on the social media platform!!

There is no power in the wisdom of the crowd when the accepted truth is based on manipulation, which is why SERPS will always be in a flux!

As for Collective Collaboration - Should it be allowed?

Yeah! Let's ban all networking, networks, communication and education; shall we Google?

Beat The System

Facebook Population Boom - Social Media for Business

We thought we'd expand upon the facts and have a cold hard look at social media site flavour of the month for business..................

Facebook has recently announced that it now has 400 million global active users. Just one year ago Facebook had 150 million users, so 2009 was an incredible year of growth for the social media giant.

There can be no doubt that Facebook is pretty much unstoppable at the moment, a real juggernaut.

Take another look at that last number. So it was believed that an older registered domain could help you avoid the sandbox trap.

Aged domains must be defined as 'Greenfield' never used as opposed to 'Brownfield' pre-used.

Prior to the Sandbox - SEO'rs seemed only interested in 'aged links'

Do I believe that there is an advantage in hosting an aged greenfield domain?

If it's a generic domain name - without doubt!

Google knows what the domain means and also knows that someone has been sitting on that property for ten years say. It knows they have paid the renewal fee....

Generic Domains names do give you an advantage if you stick to optimised website structures.

Aged domains give you an acceptable doorway into keyword authority in an otherwise overly competitive search market!

In regards to Registrars records affecting rankings.......

Hey just cos I'm paranoid doesn't mean THEY arent watching!!
Unless you are in a very local market and host your server there and don't wish wider visibility - it really shouldn't matter...

Tip: One surefire way to avoid any sandworms when registering a new domain is to pay for TEN tears registration.
This shows Google you mean business!

Beat The System

Advanced Blogging And Why I Use Blogger - The Rasputin Effect

Now being a professional blogger carries with it some sort of responsibility to your readers.
No I don't mean You Lot, the people who read these ramblings are either Enlightened, Inquisitive or Insane.... So Which one are You?

What I meant was in my professional blogging capacity, mostly in the world of Insurance and Finance, if you want to be top of Google for your chosen blog keyword (check out insurance blog) you not only have to provide original quality content on a regular basis, but you also have to act the part, and more importantly look the part, to attract the attentions of other professional bloggers who collectively could improve your profile.(through links!)

Now I always use Blogger for blogging and in a moment I will tell you exactly why and explain what I call the 'Rasputin Effect', which is the sole reason that I would always chose this platform over a more functional alternative such as Wordpress.

However using Blogger as a platform does have it's downsides, and I'm not talking about the lack of bolt-ons for which Wordpress has a plethora; there are enough basic functional widgets available on Blogger for all but the most socially active.

I also disagree that a Wordpress site is better for SEO.
If you understand even basic HTML you can edit a Blogger template for on page SEO. Wisely using hyperlinks and keywords in the Blogger structural setup will also optimise your blog for SE ranking advantage.
It may be easier to SEO a blog in Wordpress but truth is it is not better!

No, the biggest downside is this.....
When I get invites from other top blogging professional for links, posts requests etc etc....... I always feel that my Blogger blog is rather like turning up for a business meeting in the City of London, having just rolled out of the surf on Perranporth beach or getting invited to a 'Black Tie Do' in the Hamptons with BO in attendance and turning up in a yellow 'gypsy' cab and in a pair of old rippped Levi's....

Lets face it Blogger ain't 'pretty'.

So why do I use it?

THE RASPUTIN EFFECT

For those of you who don't know their history I suggest you read about Rasputin on Wiki.
For those of you who do, you'd agree that Rasputin was a scruffy b**tard too!

So now you know the history you will see that Google is the Tsar, Blogger is the Tsarina and your scruffy Blogger blog is Rasputin.
You have the full attention of the Tsarina and The Tsar who likes to rewards his loyal subjects in the rankings! This is a competitive advantage.

But didn't Rasputin end up dead in the River Neva?
Don't Blogger blogs get zapped?

Yes and Yes!

But it took a lot to kill Rasputin and even after the cyanide, .33's, the knifings and the beatings and being chucked into -50 degrees of flowing water, some say....

He still had air in his lungs....

The solution to the threat of falling out at Court is found by holding your blog on it's own generic domain, preferbly of the most logical keyword that describes it's contents. This way you control the content distribution and can build up link love for the domain, whilst at the same time benefiting from all the built in distribution elements that come with Blogger to the Google court - such as Feedburner for example!

Remember though - It was also the social media mob who finally killed the Tsar and his family in Екатеринбу́рг and were also behind the scenes in the demise of Rasputin a year earlier.

To be Rasputin and hold such a high authority at Court, you do need to produce QUALITY! on a regular basis, avoid the threats and maybe use a little 'Magick'.

This is the bottom line, however it is served up!

Beat The System

Optimized Keyword Structures for On-Page SEO

Before you can start to build keyword optimised networks of inbound links utilising amongst other things, social media and web 2.0 properties, you need to ensure that you have a keyword optimised webpage on a keyword optimised website, otherwise when you come to constructing the network of links it will be like trying to fit the wrong pieces of a jig-saw puzzle together.

Although I'm not going to talk about networks of optimized links today, bear in mind that these networks are not static link structures - most of them are arteries carrying content in the form of dynamic RSS.

Optimised keyword networks are living growing dendronitic type organisms, rather like coral but multi-dimensional. They live in Cyberspace and feed on content! They grow through their virility. Each node or webpage in the network connects in star patterns to another node or website. At the end or root is the target page.

OK, a web page is a node in the hierarchical tree structure and in an optimised linking network, all nodes will have the same property - the one keyword that links them.

Yes that's right the ONE keyword.

You need to create these structures for EVERY logical keyword....

Which is a LOT of work!

However if you want it to be optimised and isn't that what SEO is about, then there are no short cuts!

So lets look at the structure of a keyword optimised page:

In the above example you will see that the website ranking in position 1 on Google has a logical connectivity to the keyword search term. In fact it is an exact match and that is why it is optimised.
It is fully optimised on-page and deserves it's place on the Google throne for being exactly what is says it is.

And here is why.....

On an optimised website the root or home page should be of the highest logical order of the subject matter of the page. In this example 'Car Insurance'

If you logically then chunk the root down into the next level of logical keywords, amongst that set of keywords is the qualifying term 'Classic Car Insurance'.

If you then combine two sets of keywords at this level , for example Classic and a lower order of 'Car Make' Citroen, you have the logical folder 'Citroen Classic Car Insurance', container, call it what you want for old citroens!

On an optimised website you would have the file structures and file nomenclatures that you see on the above example at Number One. They would be naturally sub-divided into their most logical relational sets and named accordingly.

We have to assume that Google data storage methods and spider robots collecting data appreciate the most logical underlying structures....and the results show us that they DO!

If you get your logical structures correct, the navigation flows naturally and in the most spider friendly fashion, and the use of Keyword anchor link text to connect the logical units completes the Internal network structures in the hierarchical, siloised, ordered, keyword containers called webpages!

To complete the task you need to have the following on page SEO tasks performed

1. Keyword in the Title
2. Keyword in the Header Description
3. Keyword on page body and in on page titles
4. Keywords in Tags if appropriate
5. keyword in the link to the next page in the chain or the target page.

Once you've got your site and pages optimised, you can start on the fun part of link building using optimised keyword networks..............

Beat The System

Google Forces Personalised Search Results on an Unsuspecting Public

So Google has rolled out it's personalised search to everyone - like it or not!

The two geeks have been employed by Google to quietly tell the world that what they see when they search, is not the same as anyone else.
Moreover, unless you are in the 5% of users who change their browser settings, you will have no choice, as Google has taken to dropping more spyware in the shape of an anonymous cookie onto your machine in order to monitor your behaviour!

So how does this affect SEO?

It depends how you look at it. In theory more weight might be given to local results for example, however Google will make decisions based upon things like your previous bounce rates etc.

So what can you do to see the real results of your marketing efforts? Well for starters clear down web history and remove cookies. Also don't just check Google.co.uk if you live in the UK - have a look at Google.com as well.

This move has some very worrying trends.
Firstly it assumes that everyone using the machine is the same person. In many households multiple sign on accounts are not created.
Secondly it is an open invitation to black hat cookie droppers to influence SERPS.
More importantly when taken in context with all the other moves Google is making at the moment to profile every user, for example Google Mobile, the worry of privacy and 'big brother' style corporations becomes ever more real

Beat The System

A Brief History of Me Computers and the Internet

When Good takes on Evil, Positive versus Negative, Light against Darkness - the worst outcome is equilibrium.

So it follows that when BAD things occur, only good things must come out of it; and so it is with The Internet.

Growing up in a Naval military town on the South coast of the UK in the 1960's I was privileged to witness things that most people never get to see or even realise exist.
In those days Everybody watched Dr Who and Star Trek but I wasn't a Sci-Fi nerd like most of my peers.
In some ways there was no point bothering about phaser guns and teleportation because there was (and still is) so much amazing technology evolving around me.

Having relatives in Naval Telecommunications and Signals I got to see, amongst other 'things', 'Cold War' underground command bunkers buried deep in chalk hills, which could communicate with the Fleet globally. I was also often shown the workings of the bridge of Destroyers and Cruisers and many other warships.

What I saw there as a kid was the UK's version of ARPANET - the backbone of the military internet, utilising the 'bomb proof' TCP/IP protocol - the very first WAN.

In the 1970's at University I was introduced to JANET the Joint Academic Network, by way of a massive Hitachi or Toshiba or something Japanese Mainframe the size of a house. They forced us to write these stupid FORTRAN programs that never even got compiled because some card punching typist had missed out a comma somewhere.
So you never even got to know if the program ran!
This was great because I hated it and could write any old rubbish knowing I'd get credit for the methodology without having to worry, like nowadays, about whether it was going to work or not!
Whilst there, one of my smoking buddies, and a complete electrical and mechanical engineering nerd, showed me green 'terminals', crude email and network data exchange requests using TCP/IP Unix , but we were more interested in the green screen animations using character sets.

I was still not impressed!

Into the late 70's and Eighties and all my friends sold out to become COBOL programmers and work for the Thatcher Government.
I went away and read books.

One in particular, Yep! - a SCI-FI book had a massive impact upon my vision of The Internet, and that was Dune by Frank Herbert.
Incredibily written in 1965 Dune introduces the reader to some incredible ideas, one being this universal database of knowledge with client server type attributes across linked networks that both the goodies and the baddies have access to, and which anyone can jump onto a terminal anywhere and access universal knowledge - WOW!

I resisted Computers for ten more years until the late eighties when PC's and DOS became affordable and suddenly seemed to appear everywhere, quickly followed by modems, Compuserve and lots of strange messaging!

So you see, when another Great Briton, Tim Berners-Lee, invented the hypertext transfer protocol in the early nineties and made Frank Herbert's dream a reality, Good has evolved out of evil.

Beat The System

Google Mobile Web - Nothing for SEO'rs to worry about?

Here's a very interesting clip from CNBC about Google and mobile web

What Sergey Brin did not tell you was...... that with this app on your phone Google will be able to serve up LOCAL results based on GPS and personal search based on your profiles and usage habits.....

And what is more personal than a mobile phone? Databases and spreadsheets are examples of matrices. So for example is the Genome project. In theory, everything in time and space can be mapped into The Matrix by transformation into sets of logical numbers.

Matrix theory allows connectivity between entities to be expressed as numbers and used for multi variate analysis. We can take advantage of this to create optimized Keyword superhighways, semantic arteries within the cyberspace matrix.

Read this definition of Matrix Theory from Wikipedia and pay particular attention to the section labelled 'Graph Theory'

When you combine Matrix theory with Kanskian Network Theory you unlock the Google algorithm -

Links create the Matrix! Power Linking defines Authority!

If all this seems a little highbrow - you are right it is!

However all you need to know is - that if you create optimised linking structures for your sets of keywords you can dominate all the search engine results for the same keyword!

Next lesson how to build these keyword superhighways....

Beat The System

The Affiliate Code - A blueprint to instant cash?

Michael Jones reveals all in The Affiliate Code
A complete set of videos and resources for those interested in dominating Google page 1 SERPS!
What Michael describes as a blueprint - a step by step guide to instant affiliate marketing!
How Michael Jones Made $64,521 In 4 Weeks With No List...

Is this True?

Let me explain.

He does have a list – lots of lists,
for different businesses.

But when he started testing these latest
techniques, he did it from scratch.

No list, no budget, no JV partners...

Just him and a computer... probably exactly
how it is for you right?

And he went from earning nothing at all, to
sucking down over two thousand bucks a
day, in no time at all.

Wanna know how he did it?

Well it's all explained here. Read every word:

The Affiliate Code

Now, I have something to reveal to you right
now, so listen up:

Usually when you see a marketer making so
much money, it's coming from Adwords, or
some other paid traffic.

So if they're making $2k a day, only say
$750 - $1000 will be actual profit. Obviously
there are exceptions, but on average those
figures are pretty accurate...

But not in this case.

The new techniques he's revealing to you
inside The Affiliate Code are free...

... I mean, you can literally make money
that's all profit, as the traffic is free.

But do you know what's better? There's
tons of this traffic, and it starts almost
immediately. It's like turning on a tap.

So for the first time ever, you can actually
make some serious commissions on your
very first day.

Let me repeat that – Serious Commissions
On Your FIRST DAY

Can you imagine that?

People are used to waiting weeks or
months to see their first cent... but now,
you don't have to.

Run over here to The Affiliate Code and check it out right now.

Beat The System

How to be a Successful Author at Ezine Articles

Everything you need to know about being a successful author at ezine articles.com

If you're a Twitter user who doesn't follow @EzineArticles, you're missing a lot of great EzineArticles information and training!

The following is a list of (30) assorted author tips, insider info, fun facts and reminders we tweeted in the month of October. Of course it does!

Google Central has issued an interesting video from Matt Cutts asking whether size of a website, number of pages affects Authority in Google.

Mr Cutts says with a wry smile ( he's not lying - he's just ignorant!) at the end of the video that the answer is no!

But here's why the answer is so obviously yes.

Authority is determined by Google by Pagerank which is basically Kansky's theory of nodal magnitude in action (a wisdom of crowds method of determinining rank).

It's not just about the number of links to a page that determines the authority of a page (and here's the IMPORTANT BIT)... for A KEYWORD....

But the accumulated link score of the pages linking ......for Each Keyword!

So Pagerank means nothing until it is chunked and broken down and applied to each individual set of keywords

Nobody sells a one keyword product!

There are usually hundreds of qualifiers that produce long tails for every product

Every one of these long tailed keywords should have it's own optimized page!

Therefore size DOES matter!

(and there is always the matter of the value of internal links counting as well!)

The more pages optimised for each individual keyword the wider your traffic funnel - The bigger the book the more knowledge and the more authority on the subject is given or attributed to the author - It's the same on the web - simple as that.

Website Size DOES matter - ask any girl!

Now I do have one page websites that top google for some pretty competitive keywords ( I should rephrase that to Keyword) but here is why...

1. The one page websites are as old as google itself
2. The websites are 2 word generic .com domain names with no hyphens
3. Each site (single page) has hundreds or thousands of backlinks to it for the keyword (domain name)
4. The Sites (page) are regularly refreshed with new content in the form of RSS feeds!

Beat The System

Twitter SEO and Viral link creation

There's a lot of noise on the forums at the moment and I've run across the same question from seasoned SEO pro's quite a lot this year, who all ask the same question

What the hell use is Twitter for SEO?

There are hundreds of valid answers to this, but many would not be understood by people who either don't get or don't use social web.

The main problem with SEO people or people who consider themselves to be good at SEO - don't, and can't be expected to understand Marketing

The also don't SEE the advancement of inter-personal communication as a means of diversifying and spreading information.

They also don't understand niche, and the human desire to aggregate and the collective forces of social collaboration - that are in play!

and on , and on ................

So here is a thought that they just might appreciate!

Say Ive got around 200 followers on Twitter.
Every Time I post a link it appears on 200 accounts.
Every time a SE Bot roams over twitter accounts (which it is doing constantly and multi-dimensionally!) for each post, I effectively have created 200 internal twitter links back to the link destination.
RT's etc introduce some viral link creation elements....
This gives me authority!
Imagine if I had a hundred 'keyword optimised' accounts all which had loads of followers!

Beat The System
Internet Marketing on Twitter

Fire Yourself Marketing!

The System is always ready to promote Internet Marketing products from the best Marketers and that includes New Englands finest Howie Schwartz!

In fact I'm going to tell you that everything that Howie produces regarding Web 2.0 and Google ranking is a vital elementary part of The System as Howie utilises optimised network keyword linking structures in the form of star hubs, to suck link juice out of the most Google loved Web 2.0 properties and pass it to your landing page.
Howie is also a master of using the different elements of universal search, to create thousands of authority backlinks to your landing page.
The System takes Howies approach and adds perpetual link growth by re-utilising content that is automatically re-distributed to further web 2.0 properties by optimised RSS pipes!

If you own a local business then
Fire Yourself Marketing is the Internet Marketing course/product for you!

Howie shows you through a complete set of videos, pfs and tools how to dominate local search and use Web 2.0 as a weapon to achieve top Google SERPS and wipe out the opposition.

Here's what Howie is offering for just $47 or 25 quid to us Brits.

Fire Yourself Marketingjavascript:void(0)

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 137px; height: 200px;" src="http://www.the-system.org/uploaded_images/HBOOK0052-small1-739737.JPG" border="0" alt="Fire Yourself Marketing - Sometimes I even forget who I am!

Comment spam certainly works and if you follow my previous posts on the matter, you'll be shown some succesful ways of doing this for commercial keywords.

Personally I can't be bothered - which is why larger SEO companies outsource this labourious task to third world countries (whoops aren't they called emerging these days?).

No, the reason I really visit the SEO forums in particular is to wind up the perennial posters and so called SEO experts who spend their days talking about webmaster guidelines that waste their time (and everybody else's); by vehemently disagreeing with some of the rubbish they post.
By 'Wind Up', I mean I like to use various techniques to initiate a response, one of which uses the NLP technique of reframing the original problem. This invariably enflames the forumophiles....
Certain of these forums have these Kudos buttons that the long term bullshitters take pride in accumulating self-appointed 'points'.

Here is a truth

I have never learnt one constructive fact from any SEO forum that has helped me in monetarising my network!. These people that post a million times to forums cannot by time default alone, be running succesful internet marketing businesses.... they are your daytime TV metalities!

By all means get as many free backlinks from 'on-theme forums' as you can, but I'd advise you not to look at forums for answers, especially to accept advice from so called 'veterans', an example of which is the 'WebProWorld 1,000+ Club'......

........ These people are all shouting from the towers of Babel in their own sad 'huis clos'!

Don't waste your time!

Beat The System

Conceptual Zeitgeist

Here's how Google uses Wisdom of Crowds averaging and polarisation of it's search queries to determine what it considers 'Zeitgeist'

The tools listed here are invaluable to get a grip on your own niche marketing efforts and are especially useful for those feel they are drowning in a sea of SEO iniquity......

http://www.google.com/intl/en/press/zeitgeist/index.html

You can also use the Google Zeitgeist to strike up conversations on Twitter etc if you haven't got anything to say!

Google! We accept and encourage these patterns through fear of alternatives.

Thus it is the SAME with Google

Truth of the matter is that reactionary gestures can never logically be creative. Rapid Response units only restore the status quo - like King Canute!

Thus it is the SAME with Google

So where are we going with this?

Google to goes to great pains 'after the event' to talk a lot of deflectionary bull about a subject that was originally conceived and put to Google as as a quality control mechanism 'FLAW' by the very populace of webmasters and SEO experts that it is assumed by newbies that Google is in a constant war of control with.

Not the case! You and me set the rules, dynamically and in a constant flux - Google responds!

Hey! have you noticed how the Police are getting younger?

Savvy webmasters would have optimised siloised web page structures an the question of internal duplicate content should not occur - as for the question of offsite duplication or content distribution there is definitely no penalty as such!

It's really a question of where you want to put it first to get the most link juice - is a thousand links from an article submission service worth a single link from for example an authority site such as ezinearticles?

So what did we learn from the video?

Well for One I've never heard Google talk so openly about link juice and flow control

How does the wisdom of crowds affect ranking? Think Link VALUE - lots of good KEYWORDS in there - devaluation, multiple site linking and link structures!

Into body language, NLP or Physiognomy?

It pays to analyse the FACE of GOOGLE!

Become The System
